Upcoming dates

  • Sat. Nov. 28, 3 p.m.
  • Sat. Nov. 28, 5:30 p.m.

Both performances have the same program. Michael Giel conducts. The symphony describes the program as holiday favorites old and new: themes from holiday movies, carols the audience is invited to sing along with, and a classical piece or two.

The orchestra’s season also includes Tchaikovsky and Borodin on Friday, Oct. 30, at 7:30 p.m. at the same hall, listed on its concerts and tickets page.

Where it is and parking

The concert is in the auditorium at Innovation Academy, a Fulton County Schools high school in downtown Alpharetta. The auditorium is at the corner of Milton Avenue and Teasley Street, and the entrance and parking are behind the school, the symphony says. Its FAQ page links a short video on finding the venue.

The symphony does not say whether parking costs anything. The concerts fall on the Saturday after Thanksgiving; for other holiday events in and around Alpharetta, see our holiday lights and Christmas events page.

Tickets and cost

Tickets are on sale through the symphony’s online box office, and the symphony says they can also be bought by phone or at the door, subject to availability. Seating is limited, and the symphony advises buying in advance to get the seats you want. Season subscriptions are also sold.

The symphony does not publish ticket prices on its concert page. Groups of 10 or more can ask about a discount by contacting the symphony at hello@alpharettasymphony.org.
